Please note that if you are mailing in your registration you must use correct registration form below. Mail in registration is an automatic fundraising buy-out. $25 is added to the mail in fee.. If you send in a walk in registration form it will be mailed back and your child will not be placed on a roster.

Remember, the ages listed on the Player Registration Form are 'League Age'. This is the player's age on April 31st of the current year.
