Job Description and Duties for Assistant Hard Ball Directors for Soundview Little League:

GENERAL DUTIES

1. Assist Hardball Director as needed with Tryouts
2. Assist Hardball Director as needed with All Star Selections
3. Maintain Schedule for your Division
4. Monitor and report any issues to Hard Ball Director and Board that may come up during the regular season
5. Adjust schedule to handle rainouts and makeup games
6. Work with Hard Ball Director on roster moves between teams and Divisions
7. Enforce Coaching Curriculum put forth by SVLL Board of Directors
8. Be visible within your Division to answer questions from Managers, Coaches and Parents that may come up during the season
9. Conduct Managers meeting to explain rules, processes and procedures pertaining to your Division.

MAJORS

1. Reports to Hard Ball Director as main source of communication between Managers / Coaches and the Board
2. Take direction from Hard Ball Director for issues pertaining to your Division
3. Track and Document games scores, standings, and pitch count for your Division

AAA

1. Reports to Hard Ball Director as main source of communication between Managers / Coaches and the Board
